getGo Café + Market brings you delicious, made-to-order foods, along with everyday conveniences, including gas and a carwash, all under one roof! Specifically, getGo wanted their new Indianapolis customers to know that they had delicious made-to-order foods.

A footprint was designed to feel like the front of a getGo to imitate the feeling of ease and convenience while providing made-to-order food around Indianapolis to spread the word to the city.Custom business cards for the Market Managers were created that resembled popular made-to-order getGo subs to remind customers of the delicious option every time they opened their wallet.

getGo has a real chef that curates their made-to-order food that we wanted to celebrate. Stickers, sub protectors, paper chef hats and paper fans of Chef Tom were created to spread awareness of getGo's chef and celebrate his awesomeness with Indianapolis.

Lil Tot was a fun character created to get people excited about the made-to-order food at getGo. Lil Tot was a sidekick character to the chain's Chef Tom and got people excited about tater tots, one of getGo's popular items. A tater-tot scented air freshener was created to help remind customers to get an order of tots when they visited getGo. This concept was continued and expanded on by the next agency and is still an active character on their socials.

Typically, gas stations aren't top of mind when craving a nutritious meal, which posed a unique challenge in altering public perception and highlighting the high-quality, made-to-order food offerings at getGo Café + Market in Indianapolis.


We introduced an engaging marketing campaign designed to mimic the inviting atmosphere of getGo. This included creating a footprint installation that replicated the front of a getGo store, which was strategically placed around Indianapolis to demonstrate the convenience and quality of their food offerings. Additionally, custom business cards shaped like getGo’s famous subs were distributed to Market Managers, serving as a tasty reminder of what getGo has to offer.


The campaign successfully elevated public awareness and appreciation for getGo’s unique culinary approach, especially the role of their real chef, Chef Tom. To celebrate Chef Tom's contributions and engage the community further, we produced themed promotional items such as stickers, sub protectors, paper chef hats, and fans. Additionally, the creation of 'Lil Tot,' a character that champions one of getGo's signature items, the tater tots, along with tater-tot scented air fresheners, added a fun and memorable touch that resonated well with customers, driving both foot traffic and customer loyalty.
